These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Relay Chrome extension and this website (together, “Relay”), operated by Daiki Takada (“we”, “us”). By using Relay, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Relay is a Chrome extension that lets you organize chats from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok into projects and folders and search them in one place. Relay is not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or xAI. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms.
Your account
You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to it secure.
Plans
Relay Free is available at no cost, with limits on the number of projects, folders and search results shown in the extension.
Relay Pro removes those limits. It is offered as:
- Monthly and Yearly subscriptions, which renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel; and
- Lifetime, a one-time payment with no renewals.
Prices are shown on our pricing section and at checkout, in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage subscription in Relay. When you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
When Pro ends, your existing projects, folders and chats are kept. You can continue to view, rename, move and delete them, but you cannot create new ones beyond the Free limits.
Switching to Lifetime
If you buy Lifetime while you have a Monthly or Yearly subscription, your subscription is set to end at the close of its current period and will not renew. The remaining time on your subscription is not refunded.
Lifetime
“Lifetime” means Relay Pro for as long as we continue to offer Relay. It is tied to your Relay account and cannot be transferred.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a plan and we will refund it. After that, payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If a payment is refunded or reversed (for example, through a chargeback), the Pro features it paid for end.
Acceptable use
Do not use Relay to break the law, to interfere with Relay or the AI services it works with, or to access data that is not yours.
Changes to Relay and these Terms
We may change or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms. If a change materially affects paid plans, we will give reasonable notice. Continuing to use Relay after changes take effect means you accept them.
Disclaimer and liability
Relay is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
